Arzaan Consulting Inc("we", "us", "our") operates the Qualixir platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect payment information through our payment processor.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including test runs executed, features used, AI token consumption, and session duration. This data is used to improve the Service and provide usage analytics.
Test Data
When you use the Service, you may upload test documents, configure test cases, and generate reports. This data is processed to provide the Service and is owned by you.
Screenshots
During test execution, the Service captures screenshots of the application under test. These screenshots are stored in your organization's storage scope and are used for AI vision evaluation and report generation.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. AI Data Processing
The Service uses AI for vision evaluation, test generation, and content generation. When data is sent to our AI processing provider:
- Data is processed to generate results but is not retained by the provider
- Data is not used by the provider to train AI models
- Processing occurs via encrypted API connections (TLS 1.2+)
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures strict data isolation between organizations at the database level.
For on-premise deployments, test execution data (screenshots, browser sessions, credentials) remains entirely within your infrastructure.
6. Data Residency
By default, data is stored in AWS us-east-1 (United States). Canadian organizations can request data residency in ca-central-1 (Canada). Enterprise customers can negotiate custom data residency requirements.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service Providers: Cloud database provider, hosting provider, payment processor, and AI processing provider — each under strict data processing agreements
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
8. Data Retention
Test data and screenshots are retained according to your subscription tier's retention period (7 to 90 days, or custom for Enterprise). Account information is retained for the duration of your account. Upon deletion request, data is removed within 30 days.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a standard format
- Object to processing of your personal data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
10. Cookies
The marketing website (qualixir.ai) uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies to understand visitor behavior. The application (app.qualixir.ai) uses session cookies for authentication. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
